Kris recently worked for us as part of a large building project. He fixed our new kitchen & did various other joinery jobs for us. His work was of a high standard, and he was always reliable, friendly and polite. We are very pleased with our beautiful new kitchen.
Kris installed a new, kitchen for us in early 2018, as well as fitting new wood flooring, fitting several new internal doors, designing and fitting a bespoke shelf unit and finally constructing an external gate. From the start it was clear that his work was really high quality; he plans things carefully, has a great array of high quality tools, keeps his work space neat and is very considerate. The work is really high quality; our worktop fitters from a big company told us it was one of the best kitchens they had ever put a worktop on - level and accurate. We were 100% pleased with the results. Finally, Kris is a really friendly guy. Totally Recommended.
Kris has undertaken a variety of jobs for us and completed them all to an incredibly high standard. He is friendly, polite, hard-working and meticulous. He listens carefully to what is required and goes out of his way to get it just right. He is definitely a perfectionist! We had a bespoke pine kitchen with solid oak worktops built for us by a kitchen company. Kris did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen and the accompanying units for our utility room. We were particularly impressed with how neatly he joined the worktops. Kris also took great care to hang two original doors for us which due to their age were not square and very warped. He was determined to make them fit perfectly. In addition, Kris built four new doors to fit an old Victorian larder cupboard. Once again he worked hard to marry up the old and the new. Furthermore, Kris helped to rectify some poor work that another joiner had previously done for us and which we had been unhappy with. Kris took the time to ensure he understood what we wanted and came up with useful ideas about how to adapt what was already there as well as building and adding new elements as required. He created a shelving unit with cupboard and wardrobe that fitted the brief accurately. We have been very impressed with all the joinery work that Kris has done for us and would definitely recommend him to others.
For the past five years Chris worked for us on a countless number of joinery and carpentry projects. He has never failed to provide a high standard of workmanship. "Extremely happy with the work that was carried out - Kris was absolutely fantastic! After searching for some time for somebody to install our newly purchased engineered wood flooring we finally came across Green House and within 24 hours had arranged for Kris to come around to take a look at the job and provide an estimate. Felt in safe hands after the initial meeting as I was shown some examples of previous work and a thorough inspection of what was required was completed, answering all of my questions and even drew some elements to my attention that otherwise I wouldn't have even thought of. The work was booked in for the week after and Kris worked soliday and very cleanly to make sure the floor was fitted to an extremely high standard. His attention to detail is excellent and he takes a lot of pride in his work and this shows in the results, especially in the more intricate areas, such as around the door frames. "Over stair bulkhead storage". "After initial contact through Green House who was very prompt and efficient and able to meet within my work schedule. Kris took on board my ideas and refined them and came up with some ideas to turn my stair bulkhead into a usable area. He took huge pride in his work going over and above and the end result is superb in terms of the design and craftsmanship. Everyone who has seen it has been amazed. The price was very reasonable for the work done and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. I would highly recommend them and to top it all off the work area was also left spotless. Kris provided us with a first class service from start to finish. Delivered what we wanted at a very competitive price. The alcove cupboards Kris has fitted have maximised the available space, are in keeping with our age of house and overall are great. We will definitely ask Kris back for future work when we need.
